Twine is made by ELAQ Limited.

GETTING STARTED

Enter your two first names, then pick One phone, Together or Apart. One phone and Together need no account and no internet. For Apart, pair your phones once from Us → Pair your phones; after that, games, chat and nudges need no codes.

PAIRING

One phone shows a six-character code; the other enters it under "I have a code". Both phones then show four emoji. If they match, tap They match. If they don't, start again with a new code. A new phone needs to pair again — the key never leaves the phone it was made on.

PURCHASES

Twine+ is sold by Apple. To cancel, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions. To restore a purchase on a new phone, open Twine → Us → Restore purchases. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

SAFETY

In Chat, tap ⋯ to report a problem or to unpair and block. On the video tile, long-press for the same options.
